Mail art per ricordare Patty

“Il seme germoglia e diventa altro, esiste per essere generativo e vitale. Così, per noi, è il dolore e la nostalgia delle piccole cose, che vogliamo si trasformino e diventino colore, luce, riflessione”.
Poco tempo fa ci ha lasciato Patrizia, una persona insostituibile, una guida, un’amica. Lei ci ha indicato con le sue azioni, con la sua presenza, con le sue parole quanto la delicatezza sia di grande valore, silenziosa essenza di cura e libertà per il nostro mondo interiore, per le nostre relazioni, per l’ambiente che ci accoglie.
Vogliamo perciò trasformare il dolore per la sua perdita in qualcosa di vitale, di generativo, dove il suo esempio sia linfa di riflessione.
Da qui nasce l’idea di diffondere e raccogliere delicatezza attraverso l’espressione artistica: ognuno per come può, senza barriere, senza giudizio. Tante opere insieme che colorano il mondo di delicatezza, un mondo che sempre più purtroppo si sta allontanando da ciò.
Opere che viaggiano e ci raggiungono tramite la posta. Opere che possano diventare un lavoro collettivo, uno strumento di riflessione e sensibilizzazione, un veicolo di relazione con la comunità. Molte persone in momenti e luoghi diversi si troveranno unite dalla creatività e da un pensiero “delicato”.
Cos’è la mail art
È una forma d’arte improntata sulla comunicazione creativa. Le opere sono di piccola dimensione, (cartoline, buste…), si riferiscono ad un tema specifico e vengono spedite al destinatario tramite posta (nel nostro caso potranno anche essere consegnate a mano o inviate via mail).
È una forma espressiva di libero e gratuito scambio delle opere.

Vorremmo che le opere si ispirassero al tema: LA DELICATEZZA
Cosa si chiede
Costruire una cartolina con un cartoncino delle dimensioni di 15x10. Comporre un’opera creativa sul tema “La delicatezza” utilizzando la tecnica e i materiali che più si preferiscono.
Apporre sul retro il proprio nome e cognome, recapito (tel, mail o altro) e il nome dell’opera

Progetto finale
Le opere una volta arrivate verranno raccolte tutte virtualmente sia sul sito della Cooperativa sociale La Rete sia su Instagram. In ottobre le opere troveranno inoltre spazio in un luogo fisico e non virtuale aperto alla cittadinanza dove incontrarsi. Una trasformazione che con DELICATEZZA continuerà.

Patrizia has recently left us, she was a unique person, a guide, a friend. With her actions, her presence, and her words, she showed us the great value of sensitivity, quiet essence of care and freedom for our inner world, for our relationships, for our space. Therefore, we want to transform the grief for her loss into something vital, generative, where her example is reflexive nourishment.
Hence the idea of spreading and gathering sensitivity through artistic expression: each one as he/she can, without barriers, without judgment. Many works together that color the world with sensitivity, a world that is increasingly distancing itself from that.
Works that travel and reach us by mail. Works that can become a collective work, a tool for reflection and awareness, a vehicle of relationship with the community. Many people, at different times and places, will find themselves connected by creativity and a 'sensitive' thought.
What the mail art is?
It is an art form based on creative communication. The works are small (postcards, envelopes ...), refer to a specific theme and are sent to the recipient by mail (in our case they can also be delivered by hand or sent by e-mail). It is an expressive form of free exchange of works.
Theme
We would like the works to be inspired by the theme: SENSITIVITY
What do we ask?
To build a postcard with a 15x10 cm sized cardboard
To compose a creative work on the theme "sensitivity" using the technique and materials that you most prefer
To write your name and surname, contact details (telephone, e-mail or others) and the name of the work on the back

Final project
Once the works arrive, they will be collected virtually both on the website of the social cooperative La Rete and on Instagram. In October the works will also find a physical space to be opened to citizenship. A transformation that will continue with SENSITIVITY ...
